Rezo Kharabadze - Founder of Job Gear

Rezo's experience is entirely related to human resources management. He holds a bachelor's degree in labor economics and sociology and a master's degree in business administration with a specialization in human resources management.

He has over 15 years of experience working in international institutions, as a labor market consultant, and as a head of human resources departments in various sectors.

Rezo's portfolio includes leading projects such as implementing an online employment contract management program, developing alternative personnel selection channels, managing summer schools, developing and implementing competency mapping and matrix tools in selection, assessment and development systems; implementing job positioning assessment tools, developing material and non-material motivation systems, etc.

At the end of 2019, he founded the company Job Gear, which he still heads.
