Process optimization

Process optimization involves building a logical chain of tasks to be performed for the functioning of a company, which minimizes various types of costs and makes the process efficient .

With optimization, the customer receives a streamlined business process, a register of functions, the creation of roles and their formation in hierarchical levels, and complete job descriptions.

Process optimization includes the following steps:

  • Description of current processes, list of functions;

  • Dividing functions into smaller activities;

  • Minimize/eliminate duplicate activities;

  • Measurement of each activity;

  • Building a chain of tasks, distributing functions into roles;

  • Distribution of roles to human resources;

  • Processing job descriptions.
