In the case of an audit, the client analyzes the current HR processes and complies with the rules of domestic organization, law and international standards.
The audit includes the following:
Interview with the customer;
Interview with employees involved in HR processes;
Study of HR documentation and ongoing processes;
Identify major discrepancies and present them to the appropriate group.
