HR Audit

HR auditing involves determining the compliance of current HR processes with the local rules and corporate culture in the organization. Audit also involves the compliance of processes with the law and other international standards.

In the case of an audit, the client analyzes the current HR processes and complies with the rules of domestic organization, law and international standards.

The audit includes the following:

  • Interview with the customer;

  • Interview with employees involved in HR processes;

  • Study of HR documentation and ongoing processes;

  • Identify major discrepancies and present them to the appropriate group.
